Because our items are handcrafted in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We truly want you to feel great about what you’re putting on your skin, which is why we offer smaller sizes and soon to come samplers— a low-commitment way to explore what works best for you.

Warm weather note:
Our tallow products are made with natural ingredients and no stabilizers, so they may soften or melt in transit during the warmer months. If this happens, don’t worry — it’s purely cosmetic. Whipped textures may settle into a balm-like consistency, but they’re still completely safe, effective, and great to use. If you're unsure how to restore the texture, just send us a message — we’re happy to help.
