Our journey began with a personal need. During Anna’s pregnancy, we searched for gentle, natural products that nurtured the skin without synthetic additives or inflated prices. What we found on the market either didn’t meet our standards—or came with a premium price tag. So, we rolled up our sleeves and started making our own.

With Jake’s background in process engineering and Anna’s experience in small business and bookkeeping, we combined our skills and passions to launch Mill District Naturals: a brand rooted in the idea that better products start with better ingredients—and that families shouldn’t have to compromise on quality or pay a fortune for them.

From nourishing tallow balms to effective laundry essentials, every product we make is thoughtfully formulated to reflect our core values: simplicity, purity, and practicality. We focus on what matters—leaving out unnecessary fillers or marketing gimmicks—and delivering products that truly work.

What started as a small project for our own family has grown into a heartfelt mission: to offer no-nonsense, natural essentials for families everywhere, helping you live cleaner, more intentionally, and more affordably.
